These terms govern your use of this site and any order you place through it. Buying from us means you accept them.
Orders and prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Prices shown to customers outside the UK exclude local duties and import taxes.
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your dispatch email, not when payment is taken.
If a piece sells out in the same moment as your order, or a price is listed in obvious error, we cancel and refund in full. That is the only circumstance in which we cancel an order you placed.
Drops and limits
Drop releases are limited to two units per piece, per person, per delivery address. Orders that break that limit are cancelled and refunded in full.
We do not restock. A piece marked GONE will not return in the same form.
Automated purchasing tools are not permitted. We cancel orders we believe were placed by one.
Intellectual property
All imagery, wording, logos and garment designs on this site belong to AceRichcClo and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Photographs you tag and we repost remain yours; posting them publicly and tagging us gives us permission to show them here with credit, and we remove them on request.
Liability and law
Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
