Shipping
Everything is packed and sent by hand from our unit in London. Below is exactly what happens after you order, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders are packed and handed to the carrier within one to two working days. Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday leave on the Monday.
Drop orders are different. They ship within five working days of the drop closing, not the day you ordered, because every unit is checked by hand before it is boxed.
You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is created. If it hasn't arrived within three working days of your confirmation, check your spam folder before contacting us.
United Kingdom
Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.95, two to four working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.95, one to two working days.
Free Tracked 48 on all UK orders over £35. The threshold is applied to the item total after any discount and before postage.
Europe and rest of world
Europe — £9.95 tracked, five to eight working days.
United States and Canada — £12.95 tracked, six to ten working days.
Rest of world — £14.95 tracked, seven to twelve working days. We currently ship to 31 countries.
Duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are collected by your local carrier on arrival. We cannot estimate them for you and we cannot mark parcels as gifts.
Wrong address, lost and delayed parcels
Check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us within two hours of ordering and we will change it if the parcel hasn't been picked up.
We treat a UK parcel as lost after ten working days with no tracking movement, and an international parcel after twenty-five. At that point we replace it if the piece still exists, or refund it in full if it doesn't.
Parcels returned to us as unclaimed are refunded minus the original postage.
