AceRichcClo is the data controller for the information described here. We keep as little as possible and we never sell it.
What we collect
If you join the list: your email address, and the date you joined.
If you order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number where you give one, and the items you bought. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.
If you browse: basic, aggregated analytics about which pages are visited. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run third-party ad trackers.
Why we're allowed to hold it
Order data is processed to perform the contract you entered when you bought something, and kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting law.
List data is processed on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, and we delete the record when you do.
Who else sees it
Our payment processor, to take the payment. Our delivery carriers, to get the parcel to you. Our email provider, to send the messages you asked for.
That's the full list. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it outside the UK or EEA except where a processor's standard contractual clauses cover it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@acerichcclo.com and we will respond within thirty days.
If you think we've handled your data badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We use only the cookies needed to keep your bag and your session working. There is no advertising cookie on this site.
