Pre-Autumn 26 is the first capsule we costed twice: once for the run we wanted, once for the run we could inspect by hand in a single week. The second number won. 920 units, split across two truckers, checked in the Hackney Road room before anything shipped.
The front panels run 380–400gsm cotton twill with a recycled polyester mesh back, so the cap holds its crown through a wet October and still breathes. The AceRich script is embroidered, not printed — 6,400 stitches on the charcoal, slightly fewer on the all-black because the flat peak takes a shorter run.
Both pieces carry the year mark at the front. When the run is gone it moves to the Vault and stays there. We do not restock.
